EIBFS Participation in the International Conference and Exhibition for Human Resource

 

 

In support to the Emiratization and human resource development policies EIBFS participated in the International Human Resource conference and Exhibition 2011, which was been organized in Dubai during the period 19 – 20 Jan, 2011 under The patronage of H.H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

Mr. Essa Al Zaabi, Deputy General Manager of EIBFS announced that the participation of the Institute comes within the sphere of complimentarily between the organs of the state in supporting Emiratization and HRD polices, And also within the efforts of the Institute to encourage national youth to enrol for specialized banking studies and other training programs. Those programs which are directed towards providing them with knowledge, skills and experiences that will help them to have work responsibilities in all areas within the private sector and banking and finance sector.

 Mr. Essa, also referred to the important role of the institute in cooperation with all official organizations and Banking and Financial Institutes especially in providing training opportunities that are suitable with present and future employment requirements in banking and finance sector. Mr. Essa emphasized, also the ambitious strategic plan of the Institute under the chosen slogan of “Long Life Learning ... Building Success ... Towards Globalization”.

He said that the Conference and Exhibition 2011, whose activities continued for two days, with the participation of leaders and experts from GCC Counties, with the objectives of exchanging views about HRD; can be considered as an ideal platform for UAE Citizens aspiring to start their career.
