The Human Resources Development Committee in Banking Sector in collaboration with EIBFS organizes the annual career exhibition in banking and financial Sector. The exhibition is organized under the patronage of HH Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohamed Al Qassimi, Member of the Supreme Council, Ruler of Sharjah. The list of participants includes banks and financial, institutions, as well as academic institutions. Several workshops, symposiums, talks and discussion groups are held during the exhibition to review human resources related issues. Simultaneously HRD Award ceremony is held and winner banks in the Human Resources fields and Emiratization policies are honoured. UAE nationals with long and excellent baking service are also honoued during the career exhibition.
