Dear Sir ,
Reference is made to the cabinet decree Number 10 of 1998 ruling for increasing the number of nationals working in banks by (4%) four percent annually effective early 1999. The Human Resources Development Committee in the Banking Sector is looking to your plans, programs and efforts in order to translate this decree into action.
In accordance with this decree, the Committee is keen to update its databank on quarterly basis (every 3 months). The form will be sent to the UAE banks, to investigate the changes in the number of nationals working in the banking sector.
Enclosed you may find the questionnaire. You are kindly requested to fill it and send it to the address of the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies listed below.
