EIBFS Graduates 62 UAE Nationals both males & Females From MAWARID Program

A Al Jassmi: the Banking Sector is Capable of Recruiting UAE Nationals

EIBFS witnessed in Sunday April 12th, 2009 the graduation of 62 UAE National from Mawarid Program after satisfying all the requirements of training qualifying them to start their work directly in Mashreq Bank in the presence of H.E. Abdel Aziz Al Ghurair CEO Mashreq bank, manager, and a number of bank managers, and guests.

In his speech, Mr. Jamal Al Jassmi welcomed H.E. Abdel Al Aziz Al Ghurair he expressed his pleasure to thank H.E for his cooperation and support to emiratization policies in the banking sector. He Commended the efforts exerted by Mashreq bank in the area of emiratization, the plans, and programs followed in the this respect which can be summed up in concern for employees, supporting them since the start of their career through studied training to as to become qualified from the beginning.

H.E. Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair said that "The Coming generation of UAE Nationals, males and females, are the future of this state and the future of the Banking Sector also. Since it's established Al Mashreq bank was keen to develop its employment processes for nationals and training them according to a clear and organized plan to develop future leaders.
