International Certification Program in Banking Operations - CBO

Introduction

The Banking Operations Certificate program acquaints participants with an in-depth understanding of various knowledge areas that are required of banking professionals. The students will be equipped with the knowledge of diverse banking products, operational aspects, and various technology and regulatory requirements. The students will also be provided with essential management and operational skills required to work effectively. This course is aimed at offering the candidates in-depth and thorough knowledge about the different sections of banking that will help them develop a stronger base in their field.

Program Objective

The Banking sector, is facing a strong need for skilled managers for banking job. However,it is difficult for them to provide quality programs to up-grade their employee skills for faster career growth. Proper training is crucial for keeping the entire workforce in perfect readiness to take up the challenging environment unfolding everyday. To meet this crucial need for trained manpower, we have designed a ten week program designed to enhance the requisite skills in banking and to boost employee confidence with a new international designation- “Certified in Banking Operations”. By examining banking theory and law in the UAE, the program also explores areas like risk, internal control, retail & corporate banking, and banking ethics.

Target Participants

Young Banking staff who like to equip with banking operations’ techniques and skills.The program is designed as a core banking program, and hence all employees working in banks can take this program to acquire additional skills in operations.

Program Fees

The total fee of AED 7500 covers program delivery, study materials, examination and certificate.

Pre-requiste

Applicants are required to have a minimum one year work experience in the financial industry or should have completed graduation or the EIBFS diploma.
