EIBFS witnessed last Sunday the Graduation Ceremony of (16) bankers from the participants in the specialized professional certificates programs, credit management and banks operations organized in collaboration with Hong Kong Institute of Bankers. Mr. Jamal Ahmed Al Jassmi stressed the importance of these programs offered by the institute targeting the development of the skills of UAE citizens and those who are working for the Banking sector.
The specialized professional certificates offered by the institute have a role in sharpening the skills, and developing bank leaders in the specialized functions. Credit management certificate avails the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills required in those professionals in the area of credit, Basil (2), bank credit and risk. He pointed to the fact that the process of training specially the specialized programs is the basic approach for professional development, and we all have to benefit from this opportunity to upgrade the professional standard, Mr. AL Jassmi wished the graduates success in performing their professional duties in their workplace. He also referred to those programs offered in cooperation with Hong Kong Institute a step in the institutes plans for introducing new and new additional professional programs that suit the present time present time characterized by changes in the International banking and finance market. As such programs will expedite the program of empowerment of participants and enable them to think and practice professionally at the International level.
Mr. Essa. Al Zaabi Deputy General Manager of EIBFS assured that those programs are timely and satisfy the heads of banking sector for skilled professional managers. He added that this program is an excellent one that offers 100 training hours for participants covering 8 main topics including banking law in UAE, Bank theories, and practices. In addition to Banking individual and corporate service, business ethics, internal audit and control, Quality and risk management. At the end of the ceremony Mr. Essa distributed the certificates to the graduates.
