He said that there is no doubt that training is an important component of strategies for any organization and institution, but organizations do not always assess the impact of training on their work. And taking into account the large expenditures on training, it becomes necessary to develop effective tools to help institutions and companies to improve the measurement of training effectiveness. These tools need to provide a way to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training and improving its constantly, and here comes the organization of the workshop today to benefit from experiences in the process of measuring the effectiveness of training in an effective and practical way.
Mr. Essa Al Zaabi said workshop aims to introduce participants to the importance of the mentioned Evaluations and dimensions of the theory and practice and to identify the various methods of evaluation in addition to enhancing the skills of the participants in the measurement of training effectiveness. |
