Within its policy for developing the competencies of its staff, in order to upgrade their performance and improve its training and educational programs and offering those in the way that will maximize the benefits from them, EIBFS organize a ‘Train the Trainer’ program for its staff during the period 6-7 Sept 2011. (18) Staff members participated in the program offered in Sharjah Campus.
The Program was presented by Mrs. Lynette Hatley and Supervised by Mr. Essa Al Zaabi Deputy General Manager of the Institute. He pointed that the program comes within a continuous chain of efforts aiming to improve performance of staff, and upgrading their training desired by the Institute.
It is worth mentioning that Mrs. Hatley has a long experience in the area of education and training she worked as a member of the staff of the University of South Africa, School of Business and Economics in 1986. She is new focusing on management and leadership development via her consultancy training center which she established in 1999. And offered a great number of programs to many organizations inside and outside South Africa.
